1.7116D.04."

1.9    "Sec. 8. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 116D.04, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.10to read:
1.11    Subd. 15. Data classification. Data collected, created, received, maintained, or
1.12disseminated by the proposer of a specific project in preparing a draft environmental
1.13impact statement under this section shall be deemed government data as defined in section
1.1413.02, subdivision 7."
