1.2Page 28, after line 12, insert:

1.3    "Sec. 59. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97C.355, subdivision 1, is amended to read:
1.4    Subdivision 1. Identification required. All shelters on the ice of state waters,
1.5except portable shelters under subdivision 2a but including dark houses and fish houses,
1.6must have: (1) the owner's name and address, (2) the owner's driver's license number, or
1.7(3) the "MDNR#" license identification number issued to the owner legibly displayed on
1.8the exterior with characters at least two inches high.

1.9    Sec. 60. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97C.355, is amended by adding a
1.10subdivision to read:
1.11    Subd. 2a. Portable shelters. A person using a portable shelter that is not licensed
1.12under subdivision 2 must remain within 200 feet of the shelter while the shelter is on
1.13the ice of state waters."
1.14Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.15Amend the title accordingly
