1.2Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

1.3    "Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 383B.73, is amended by adding a
1.4subdivision to read:
1.5    Subd. 1a. Use of funds. The Board of Park District Commissioners must apportion
1.6and use the proceeds of the tax levied under subdivision 1 on taxable property located
1.7within Hennepin County only for park services and projects within the county. For
1.8projects located and services performed both within and outside Hennepin County, the
1.9board shall allocate and pay the Hennepin County share of the costs of the services and
1.10projects, including capital projects and debt service, in proportion to the benefits received."
1.11Delete the title and insert:
1.13relating to local government; taxes; modifying spending authority of Three
1.14Rivers Park District;amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, sections 383B.73, by
1.15adding a subdivision."
