1.4A publicly owned or managed shooting range that is funded in whole or part with
1.5public funds must be available for use by participants in a firearms safety instruction
1.6course under section 97B.015. The shooting range must be available during hours
1.7reasonable for youth participants. The range operator may charge a fee to cover any costs
1.8directly incurred from use required under this section, but may not charge a fee to offset
1.9costs for general maintenance and operation of the facility."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.11Amend the title accordingly
