1.3health plan company, the health plan company must provide to the enrollee and the
1.4commissioner of human services a written statement of the reason for the denial. Any
1.5assisting professional insurance agent must assist the enrollee with application for and
1.6enrollment in coverage provided by the Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association.
1.7The commissioner of human services shall annually provide to the legislature a summary
1.8and analysis of the reasons for denial of coverage by health plan companies."
