1.7Page 2, delete line 6, and insert "From its funds, $10,000 each year"
1.8Page 49, line 14, after the period, insert "For purposes of this section, "state
1.9employee" means an "employee" as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 43A.02,
1.10subdivision 21, but does not include faculty or administrators in the Minnesota State
1.11Colleges and Universities."
