1.5Page 51, delete section 58 and insert:

1.6    "Sec. 58. REDUCTIONS.
1.7If the commissioner of management and budget determines that implementation
1.8of section 16D.20 and section 57 will not result in new general fund revenues of at
1.9least $169,000,000 during the biennium ending June 30, 2013, the commissioner of
1.10budget and management must reduce appropriations to the legislature, the Department of
1.11Revenue, the Department of Management and Budget, the Department of Administration,
1.12and the Office of Enterprise Technology by an amount equal to the difference between
1.13$169,000,000 and the amount of new revenues anticipated. The reductions allocated to
1.14each of these entities must be proportional to the amount appropriated to each entity."
