1.5A contract for services valued in excess of $50,000 must require certification from
1.6the vendor and any subcontractors that, as of the date services on behalf of the state of
1.7Minnesota will be performed, the vendor and all subcontractors have implemented or are
1.8in the process of implementing the federal E-Verify program for all newly hired employees
1.9in the United States who will perform work on behalf of the state of Minnesota.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2011, and applies to contracts
1.11entered into on or after that date."
1.12Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.13Amend the title accordingly
