1.3Page 2, after line 17, insert:
1.4"(c) A provider of an Internet-based theory driver education program approved by
1.5the commissioner shall issue a certificate of completion to each person who successfully
1.6completes the program. The commissioner shall furnish numbered certificate forms to
1.7approved providers who shall pay the commissioner a fee of $2 for each certificate. The
1.8commissioner shall deposit proceeds of the fee in the driver services operating account in
1.9the special revenue fund. The commissioner shall terminate the fee when the department
1.10has fully recovered its costs to implement Internet driver education under this section."
