1.7(1) evaluation of the contractor's performance relative to goals for the individual
1.8contractor;
1.9(2) evaluation of the performance of the contractor toward meeting outcomes for
1.10the agency's program; and
1.11(3) evaluation of the performance of the contractor toward meeting targeted
1.12outcomes for the agency."
