1.3Page 326, delete lines 18 to 25 and insert:
1.4"(c) If the commissioner of management
1.5and budget determines that the application
1.6of the methods specified in paragraphs (a)
1.7and (b) will not allow spending to remain
1.8within the limits specified in paragraph (a),
1.9the commissioner shall notify the Speaker
1.10of the House of Representatives and the
1.11President of the Senate, and shall propose to
1.12the legislature measures to keep spending
1.13within the limits. If the legislature is not
1.14meeting in regular session, the governor
1.15shall consider calling a special session of the
1.16legislature within 30 days."

1.21waiver under Minnesota Statutes, sections
