1.6Page 49, after line 11, insert:

1.7    "Sec. 25. TUITION FUNDING, NONPUBLIC SCHOOLS, FISCAL YEARS
1.82012 AND 2013.
1.9(a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.031, subdivision 3, in fiscal
1.10year 2012 only, the quarterly payments calculated under Minnesota Statutes, section
1.11124D.031, subdivision 3, shall be reduced by 30 percent.
1.12(b) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.031, subdivision 3, in fiscal
