1.3Page 7, after line 2, insert:
1.4    "Subd. 6. Intermediate school districts; teacher evaluations. To the extent
1.5specific revenue is made available for developing a teacher evaluation structure in an
1.6intermediate school district, a teacher employed by an intermediate school district shall
1.7be evaluated as follows:
1.8(1) a teacher who works with children with disabilities shall be evaluated using a
1.9student growth measure based on a child's individualized education program; and
1.10(2) a teacher who works in an alternative learning setting shall be evaluated using
1.11student growth measures based on locally developed education goals and statewide or
1.12locally developed assessments."
