1.2(A11-0225), as follows:
1.3Page 17, after line 4, insert:

1.4    "Sec. 39. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97B.075, is amended to read:
1.597B.075 HUNTING RESTRICTED BETWEEN EVENING AND MORNING.
1.6    (a) A person may not take protected wild animals, except raccoon and fox, with
1.7a firearm between the evening and morning times established by commissioner's rule,
1.8except as provided in this section.
1.9    (b) Big game may be taken from one-half hour before sunrise until one-half hour
1.10after sunset.
1.11    (c) Except as otherwise prescribed by the commissioner on or before the Saturday
1.12nearest October 8, waterfowl may be taken from one-half hour before sunrise until sunset
1.13during the entire season prescribed by the commissioner. On the opening day of the duck
1.14season, shooting hours for migratory game birds, except woodcock, begin at 9:00 a.m."
1.15Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.16Amend the title accordingly
