1.10(ii) identify whether the actual construction work of the project or subsequent
1.11operations resulting from the project pose:
1.12(A) risk to the structural integrity of the Capitol building; or
1.13(B) a reasonable likelihood of other adverse physical impacts to the Capitol building,
1.14including but not limited to increased costs for building maintenance and preservation; and
1.15(iii) submit a recommendation to the commissioner of administration identifying
1.16whether or not the commissioner should approve the project for commencement of
1.17construction as provided under section 16B.2405;"
