1.2(H1547DE1), as follows:
1.3Page 2, delete subdivision 6 and insert:
1.4    "Subd. 6. Minority representation. The districts must not dilute the voting strength
1.5of racial or language minority populations. Where a concentration of a racial or language
1.6minority makes it possible and it can be done in compliance with the other principles
1.7in this section, the districts must increase the probability that members of the minority
1.8will be elected."
1.9Renumber the subdivisions in sequence and correct the internal references
