1.3Page 2, after line 22, insert:
1.4    "Subd. 9. Public review and comment. It is the intent of the legislature that a
1.5redistricting plan should not be implemented in this state unless members of the public
1.6have been given a reasonable opportunity to provide comment to the committee or panel
1.7developing the plan. Public comment should be received in an open forum, and in a
1.8manner that respects the diverse regions and communities of the state."
1.9Renumber the subdivisions in sequence and correct the internal references
