1.24fish and game during the open season according to the National Wildlife Refuge System
1.25Improvement Act, United States Code, title 16, section 668dd, et. seq.
1.26(c) Except as provided in paragraph (b), lands acquired by fee with money
1.27appropriated from the outdoor heritage fund that are held by a nonstate entity must be open
2.1to the public taking of fish and game during the open season, unless otherwise prescribed
2.2by the commissioner of natural resources.
2.3EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective retroactively to July 1, 2009."
