1.2(H2294DE2), as follows:
1.3Page 9, after line 24, insert:

1.4    "Sec. ... Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144.1222, is amended by adding a
1.5subdivision to read:
1.6    Subd. 6. Exemption. The natural swimming pond project known as Webber Lake
1.7in the city of Minneapolis is exempt from this chapter and Minnesota Rules, chapter
1.84717, for the purpose of allowing a swimming pool that uses an alternative, nonchemical
1.9filtration system to eliminate pathogens through natural processes. If the commissioner
1.10determines that this project is unable to provide a safe swimming environment, the
1.11commissioner shall rescind this exemption.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day the governing body of the
1.13city of Minneapolis and its chief clerical officer timely complete their compliance with
1.14Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3."
1.15Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.16Amend the title accordingly
