1.6(1) file a bond in the form and manner prescribed by the commissioner, including as
1.7a condition of commencing service to the general public; and
1.8(2) comply with any deputy registrar best practices established by the commissioner.
1.9(d) Nothing in this section prevents the commissioner of public safety or the Office
1.10of Administrative Hearings, as appropriate, from imposing sanctions subsequent to the
1.11provisional reinstatement under this section, including but not limited to additional or
1.12permanent office closure, or payment of a fine."
