1.3Page 19, line 21, after the period, insert:
1.4"The Stadium Authority, or any company managing the stadium facilities on behalf
1.5of the Authority, shall provide a public notice and seek a formal solicitation for requests
1.6for proposals for any contracts for goods, services, sponsorships, or advertising or signage
1.7rights at the stadium in excess of $25,000 in accordance with the definitions and terms
1.8set forth in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 16C, with the Stadium Authority acting as the
1.9responsible authority for seeking any such formal solicitations and awarding any such
1.10contracts pursuant to such solicitations."
