1.3Page 2, after line 11, insert:
1.4    "Subd. 1a. Teachers' employment terms. Teachers employed in a participating
1.5school district under this section remain subject to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes,
1.6chapter 122A, and employees of their employing school district. Nothing in this section
1.7eliminates or modifies the obligation of a participating district to comply with existing
1.8collective bargaining agreements and Minnesota Statutes, section 179A.20."
