1.4    "Sec. .... Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 245A.03, is amended by adding a
1.5subdivision to read:
1.6    Subd. 2c. School-age child care licensing moratorium. A school-age program
1.7whose sole purpose is to provide only services to school-age children during out-of-school
1.8times is exempt from the human services licensing requirements in Minnesota Statutes,
1.9chapter 245A, until July 1, 2014. Nothing in this section prohibits an already licensed
1.10school-age only program from continuing its license or a school-age program from
1.11seeking licensure."
1.12Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.13Amend the title accordingly
