1.6proposed performance measures that can be used to determine if the new or increased
1.7funding is accomplishing its goals. To the extent possible, each budget change item
1.8must identify relevant Minnesota Milestones and other statewide goals and indicators
1.9related to the proposed initiative. The commissioner must report to the Subcommittee on
1.10Government Accountability established under section 3.885, subdivision 10, regarding the
1.11format to be used for the presentation and selection of Minnesota Milestones and other
1.12statewide goals and indicators."
