1.3    "Sec. 2. [116.9408] REAL PROPERTY SALE; DISCLOSURE OF RADON.
1.4At the time of listing for sale a residential dwelling, or in the case of a private sale,
1.5prior to entering into a purchase agreement, the seller must perform radon testing in the
1.6dwelling and must disclose in writing the results of the radon testing. Proof of radon
1.7testing that has been done in the dwelling within the past five years is sufficient to meet
1.8this requirement."
1.9Delete the title and insert:
1.11relating to public health; requiring radon testing and disclosure before the sale
1.12of a residential dwelling;proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes,
1.13chapter 116."
