1.5by any funds available to the city of Windom, including the taxes authorized under
1.6subdivisions 1 and 2."
1.7Page 2, line 6, delete everything after "(2)" and insert "when the city council
1.8determines that $4,000,000 has been received from the tax to pay for the cost of the
1.9improvements authorized in subdivision 3, plus an amount sufficient to pay the costs related
1.10to issuance of the bonds authorized under subdivision 4, including interest on the bonds."
