1.5    Subdivision 1. Creation. One Each ombudsperson shall operate independently from
1.6but in collaboration with each of the following groups the community-specific board that
1.7appointed the ombudsperson under section 257.0768: the Indian Affairs Council, the
1.8Council on Affairs of Chicano/Latino people, the Council on Black Minnesotans, and the
1.9Council on Asian-Pacific Minnesotans."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.11Amend the title accordingly
