1.7and procedures; the range of available public health care programs and qualified health
1.8plan options available through the Minnesota Insurance Marketplace; and privacy and
1.9security standards. For calendar year 2014, the commissioner of human services shall
1.10ensure that the program under section 256.962 provides application assistance for both
1.11qualified health plans offered through the Minnesota Insurance Marketplace and public
1.12health care programs."
