1.2Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

1.3    "Section 1. [357.171] NOTARY FEES.
1.4If a notary public charges a fee for notary services and if the notary has a regular
1.5place of business for providing these services, the notary must post a schedule of their fees
1.6at that place of business.

1.7    Sec. 2. REPEALER.
1.8Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 357.17, is repealed."
1.9Amend the title accordingly
