1.2Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

1.3    "Section 1. WASTEWATER BENEFICIAL USE; RULES.
1.4The Pollution Control Agency shall apply the following criteria to wastewater
1.5treatment system projects:
1.6(1) 20 points shall be assigned to projects that will treat wastewater for reuse; and
1.7(2) 15 points shall be assigned to projects that have the technology and are ready to
1.8treat wastewater for reuse."
1.9Amend the title accordingly
