1.3Page 1, after line 11, insert:

1.4    "Sec. 2. REENROLLMENT.
1.5Notwithstanding the deadline in Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 290C.04,
1.6paragraph (a), any landowner that withdrew land from the sustainable forest incentive
1.7act program under Laws 2011, First Special Session, chapter 7, article 6, section 12,
1.8may apply to reenroll some or all of the withdrawn land within 60 days of the effective
1.9date of this act and be eligible for payments in 2013, provided that the other conditions
1.10prescribed in section 290C.04 are met. For applications for reenrollment under this
1.11section, the deadlines contained in Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 290C.04, paragraphs
1.12(b) and (c) are each 30 days.
1.13EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
