1.2Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

1.3    "Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 43A.23, is amended by adding a
1.4subdivision to read:
1.5    Subd. 4. Access to health coverage for school district employees. School districts
1.6of this state may obtain employee group health coverage through the state employee group
1.7insurance plan. A district applying for that coverage must provide the commissioner with
1.8the district's claims data for the most recent completed two-year period."
1.9Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.10Amend the title accordingly
