1.8serve warrants in this state from an agency with the power to arrest or serve warrants in
1.9another jurisdiction are not subject to disclosure and a request for access to the data must
1.10be referred to the agency in the jurisdiction from which the data originated.
1.11(b) When data become part of an active criminal investigation in this state involving
1.12an adult, the data are governed by chapter 13.
1.13(c) When data become part of an active juvenile delinquency investigation in this
1.14state involving a child, the data are governed by chapter 260B."
