1.4    Subd. 7. Expansion. The commissioner shall explore the expansion of expand
1.5 the demonstration project to include additional medical assistance and MinnesotaCare
1.6enrollees, and shall seek participation of Medicare in demonstration projects. The
1.7commissioner shall seek to include participation of privately insured persons and Medicare
1.8recipients in the health care delivery demonstration. As part of the demonstration
1.9expansion, the commissioner may procure the services of the health care delivery systems
1.10authorized under this section by geographic area, to supplement or replace the services
1.11provided by managed care plans operating under section 256B.69."
