1.6$1,476,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2014 and $1,287,000
1.7is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2015 to the commissioner of human
1.8services to implement articles 1 and 2 of this act. The base for this appropriation is
1.9$2,901,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $1,823,000 in fiscal year 2017.

1.10    Sec. 2. MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET.
1.11$235,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2014 and $235,000 is
1.12appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2015 to the commissioner of Minnesota
1.13Management and Budget to implement articles 1 and 2 of this act. The base for this
1.14appropriation is $118,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $118,000 in fiscal year 2017.

1.15    Sec. 3. MEDIATION SERVICES.
1.16$207,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2014 to the
1.17commissioner of mediation services to implement articles 1 and 2 of this act. This is a
