1.3Page 140, after line 18, insert:

1.4    "Sec. 105. PERMIT CANCELLATION.
1.5Upon written request submitted by a permit holder to the commissioner of natural
1.6resources on or before June 1, 2015, the commissioner shall cancel any provision in a
1.7timber sale permit sold prior to September 1, 2012, that requires the security payment for,
1.8or removal of all or part of the balsam fir when the permit contains at least 50 cords of
1.9balsam fir. The remaining provisions of the permit remain in effect. The permit holder
1.10may be required to fell or pile the balsam fir to meet management objectives."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.12Amend the title accordingly
