1.11At least $60,000 of this appropriation must be
1.12used to evaluate the restorations conducted
1.13under this paragraph. A list of proposed
1.14restorations must be provided as part of the
1.15required work plan. This appropriation is
1.16available until June 30, 2016, by which time
1.17the project must be completed and final
1.18products delivered."
