1.3    "Subd. 5. Parental participation. Caregivers participating in the pilot projects
1.4must be allowed to include participation in an approved early childhood program as an
1.5approved activity in their employment plans under Minnesota Statutes, section 256J.521.
1.6These activity hours shall count toward the total hourly requirements in the caregivers'
1.7employment plans."
