1.6(1) the morning hours in which lane pricing is established (i) may not commence
1.7before 6:00 a.m., and (ii) may not continue past 9:00 a.m.; and
1.8(2) the afternoon and evening hours in which lane pricing is established (i) may not
1.9commence before 3:00 p.m., and (ii) may not continue past 6:00 p.m.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
