1.4"(k) $....... is for a grant to First Minnesota Films, LLC for the production,
1.5promotion, marketing, and distribution of one long and one short documentary film
1.6profiling Minnesotan's role in the United States Civil War and the Civil War period in
1.7Minnesota. In addition to the films, this appropriation shall be used to produce study
1.8guides, books, press, and other educational materials related to the films to use for
1.9community outreach and education. First Minnesota Films will work with Twin Cities
1.10Public Television for distribution of the film and the Minnesota Historical Society Press
1.11to create the materials for distribution."
