1.4    "Subd. 14. Motion picture production investment incentive program $....... is for
1.5a grant to the commissioner of employment and economic development to enter into an
1.6agreement with the Association of Minnesota Motion Pictures (AMMP), to establish and
1.7administer a film production and investment incentive program to produce feature-length
1.8films in Minnesota. The grant agreement shall provide that the initial investment to
1.9AMMP be repaid to the state, and for the state to receive a specified percentage of future
1.10revenues from each film after the state's initial investment in the film is repaid."
