1.8    "Sec. .... FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS; BRANCH LOCATIONS.
1.9The commissioner of health shall review the statutory requirements for preparation
1.10and embalming rooms and develop legislation with input from stakeholders that provides
1.11appropriate health and safety protection for funeral home locations where deceased bodies
1.12are present but are branch locations associated through a majority ownership of a licensed
1.13funeral establishment that meets the requirements of sections 149A.50 and 149A.92,
1.14subdivisions 2 to 10. The review shall include consideration of distance between the main
1.15location and branch and other health and safety issues."
1.16Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.17Amend the title accordingly
