1.6Actions taken by that group and public funds spent on behalf of the group are valid.
1.7EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment
1.8and applies retroactively to June 30, 2009."
1.9Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.10Amend the title accordingly
