1.4    "Sec. 21. Minnesota Statutes 2013 Supplement, section 256B.056, subdivision 5c,
1.5is amended to read:
1.6    Subd. 5c. Excess income standard. (a) The excess income standard for parents
1.7and caretaker relatives, pregnant women, infants, and children ages two through 20 is the
1.8standard specified in subdivision 4, paragraph (b).
1.9(b) The excess income standard for a person whose eligibility is based on blindness,
1.10disability, or age of 65 or more years shall equal 75 percent of the federal poverty
1.11guidelines. The excess income standard under this paragraph shall equal 80 percent of
1.12the federal poverty guidelines, effective January 1, 2017."
1.13Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.14Amend the title accordingly
