1.3Page 55, after line 2, insert:

1.4    "Sec. 5. REPEALER.
1.5Minnesota Statutes 2012, sections 122A.53; 123B.15; 123B.16; 123B.17; 123B.18;
1.6123B.20; 123B.22; 123B.26; and 123B.27, are repealed.
1.7EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
1.8Amend the title accordingly
