1.3Page 185, after line 12, insert:

1.4    "Sec. 2. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256B.0751, subdivision 1, is amended to read:
1.5    Subdivision 1. Definitions. (a) For purposes of sections 256B.0751 to 256B.0753,
1.6the following definitions apply.
1.7    (b) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of human services.
1.8    (c) "Commissioners" means the commissioner of human services and the
1.9commissioner of health, acting jointly.
1.10    (d) "Health plan company" has the meaning provided in section 62Q.01, subdivision
1.114 .
1.12    (e) "Personal clinician" means a physician licensed under chapter 147, a
1.13physician assistant licensed and practicing under chapter 147A, or an advanced practice
1.14nurse licensed and registered to practice under chapter 148, and doctorally-prepared
1.15psychologists licensed to practice under chapter 148.
1.16    (f) "State health care program" means the medical assistance, MinnesotaCare, and
