1.4be recorded in a data audit trail. The audit trail must identify the user responsible for
1.5the action, and the date and time the action occurred. Data contained in the audit trail
1.6maintain the same classification as the underlying data that was affected by the action,
1.7and may be accessed by the responsible authority at any time for purposes of auditing the
1.8system's user activity and security safeguards."
