1.10renovated or new facility meet or exceed current code standards, including the ASHRAE

1.12    (iv) American National Standards Institute Acoustical Performance Criteria, Design
1.13Requirements and Guidelines for Schools on maximum background noise level and
1.14reverberation times;
1.15    (v) State Fire Code;

1.17    (vii) consultation with affected government units about the impact of the project
1.18on utilities, roads, sewers, sidewalks, retention ponds, school bus and automobile traffic,
1.19and safe access for walkers and cyclists."
