1.3Page 4, after line 28, insert:

1.4    "Sec. 7. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 84.92, subdivision 8, is amended to read:
1.5    Subd. 8. All-terrain vehicle or vehicle. "All-terrain vehicle" or "vehicle" means a
1.6motorized flotation-tired vehicle of not less than three low pressure tires, but not more
1.7than six non-highway tires, that is limited in engine displacement of less than 1,000 cubic
1.8centimeters and includes a class 1 all-terrain vehicle and class 2 all-terrain vehicle.

1.9    Sec. 8. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 84.92, subdivision 9, is amended to read:
1.10    Subd. 9. Class 1 all-terrain vehicle. "Class 1 all-terrain vehicle" means an
1.11all-terrain vehicle that has a total dry weight of less than 1,000 1,200 pounds.

1.12    Sec. 9. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 84.92, subdivision 10, is amended to read:
1.13    Subd. 10. Class 2 all-terrain vehicle. "Class 2 all-terrain vehicle" means an
1.14all-terrain vehicle that has a total dry weight of 1,000 1,200 to 1,800 pounds."
1.15Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.16Amend the title accordingly
