1.52, the commissioner must act on a water use permit within 30 150 days after the completed
1.6application for the permit and the required data are filed in the commissioner's office
1.7 has been submitted. Within 30 business days of application for a water use permit, the
1.8commissioner shall notify the applicant, in writing, whether the application is complete
1.9or incomplete.
1.10(b) The commissioner must direct a hearing to be held on a water use permit
